Boldwater has developed these proprietary, patent-pending natural processes which optimizes activated microorganisms to eliminate hydrocarbon contaminates without producing harmful byproducts. For drilling wastes, BES completes the remediate-recycle process by converting the decontaminated product into flexible road base material, which severs ongoing environmental and financial liability for the operator and landowner.
BES has worked closely with regulatory agencies, such as the Texas Railroad Commission and Texas Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Quality, and others to approve processes that exceed all remediation and recycling requirements and standards. In fact, the Boldwater process is the only 100 percent natural and biologic process permitted by the Texas Railroad Commission for on-site remediating drilling waste and recycling it to reusable material.
