As part of regulated pit closures, Boldwater specializes in treatment programs to support authorized pit closures based on the waste characterization of the material. We also offer to reclaim old pits locations and recycle these previously buried drilling wastes. Boldwater’s eco-friendly processes rapidly eliminate hydrocarbon contamination and return the job site to environmental compliance in a cost-effective manner.

Serving simultaneously as Boldwater’s HSE Consultant, he develops, trains, and enforces the company’s safety protocols, keeping teams compliant, prepared, and aligned with all current regulatory expectations.

David brings extensive experience in personnel leadership, operational management, and cross-industry fieldwork, offering a practical and forward-thinking perspective shaped by direct customer engagement throughout the oil & gas sector. In addition to leading field operations, he manages Boldwater’s online presence, digital marketing, and facilitates federal and state contracts—expanding the company’s reach and strengthening strategic partnerships.

David’s professional credentials include PEC Safety Certification, Certified HSE Instructor (Coach Safety), Heavy Equipment Machinery Operations & Safety Certification, and TWIC Certified.

As the owner, President, and CEO of both Boldwater USA and Boldwater Environmental Solutions, Mark has taken the concept of bio-remediation and redefined the technologies and processes being used today to offer highly sustainable natural solutions with a 100% successful history of rapidly and economically cleaning up any hydrocarbon contamination.

Mark manages the day-to-day operations of both the technology developments as well as the hydrocarbon bio-remediation and recycling services. Mark has dedicated more than 35 years in the oil and gas industry across the oil & gas and midstream industries.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Gas & Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University Kingsville, TX.
